I’m Sue. I help women people reclaim their health, energy, vitality and body confidence, without dieting or willpower battles.

For years I struggled with weight gain, fatigue, stiff achy joints and symptoms I assumed were just normal. At age 49 I found a natural approach to eating rooted in evolutionary biology and food psychology. It transformed my health and weight and I now feel better in my 50s than I did in my 30s. 💃
